Um, here's another video for your viewing pleasure if you're interested.

Video I took at the concert of "What a Catch, Donnie." One of my favorite songs of the night. Patrick sounded just lovely on it; it was definitely one of those "Oh, Paaaatrick" moments of the show.

Unfortunately, it's hard to tell that from this video because of the crappy sound (and picture) quality. (If anyone knows of any free online editing tool that will take background "static" out of videos, please let me know).

Um, in my defense, 1)I was trying to enjoy the show and "be" there and tape at the same time, so sometimes I was paying attention to the camera, and sometimes I wasn't. 2) I was just using my little digital photocamera-it wasn't really meant to shoot concert footage. 3) There are actually reasons the camera's a bit spastic: in one part, I was trying to pan so I could get a shot of Joe, but it was too dark for me to really "find" him, so it looks like the camera's veering off into nothingness. And also, I don't know why, but I wasn't expecting the guest vocal, so it took me a minute to figure out what was going on there.

BUT, if you're a Patrick fan in particular, I reccommend giving it at least one view, for 2 reasons: 1) During the Elvis Costello bridge, the background noise just stops, and it's clear and Patrick sounds lovely and 2) Ummmm, he makes this face on the word "charmed" toward the middle of the video (and *cough*at 2:07 specifically*cough*) right at a moment when I had the camera zoomed in on his face-and that face sort of made me catch my breath a little. *sheepish look*

Anyway, before I embarass myself any further, here it is:

That would be awesome to see him do something with Opera. I am not a big fan of Rap music but i would love to see Patrick rap cause he has done almost everything and i would really want to see that :D heehee

If, god forbid, FOB ever take some kind of very temporary hiatus from being awesome as a collective, I would like to say that I'm looking forward IMMENSELY to whatever souped up, 'Tricked out, sexyfine solo album Patrick puts out. IMMENSELY.
